ASST SALES MANAGER B2B (30K-35K X 13) - buy & sell second-hand luxury brand goods resale wholesaler (TST)

Company Overview

• Japanese luxury resale business with around 8 to 10 stores across Hong Kong, specializing in the buying and selling of authenticated pre-owned luxury goods, including watches, jewellery, handbags, fashion accessories, and other branded consumer items. 

• The company operates across both B2B and B2C markets, buying and selling products through its own physical shops, online shops as well as through corporate clients with a similar business nature in the luxury second-hand goods market.

• With a proven successful business model and more than 100 stores in Japan, the company has established a strong market presence and extensive industry expertise. 

Role Mission

• You will play a key role in expanding the company’s B2B business network, building strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth through professional client relationship management, product knowledge, and market insight.

Role Summary

• Reporting to the management team, this role is responsible for developing business opportunities with corporate clients, supporting the authentication and valuation of pre-owned luxury goods, and contributing to the company’s e-commerce and promotional activities.

• The ideal candidate will bring strong sales capability, industry understanding, and a proactive mindset to help strengthen the company’s market position.

Job Description

• Develop and expand B2B sales channels in both local and overseas markets.

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with corporate clients and partners in the luxury second-hand goods sector.

• Support the authentication and evaluation of pre-owned luxury goods, including watches, jewellery, handbags, and fashion accessories.

• Assist the senior management in overseeing e-commerce operations, including product listing, pricing, and promotional activities.

• Contribute to marketing planning and execution of sales campaigns and business initiatives.

• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and effective customer service.

• Provide market feedback and support commercial decision-making to enhance sales performance.

Ideal Candidate

• Tertiary education 

• 3+ years experience in similar business, or equivalent

• Solid experience in B2B sales and client relationship management.

• Experience in the luxury goods or pre-owned goods industry, with strong brand authentication knowledge, is highly preferred.

• E-commerce experience is an advantage, especially hands-on Shopify experience.

• An advantage if proficient in Japanese language N2 level (not a must)

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• A strong interest in luxury goods, branded consumer products, and commercial sales development.
