Manager - (Procurement)

Job Responsibilities:- 

• Oversee the operation of Procurement Office (for purchasing goods) and Store Unit to ensure that policies and procedures are compiled with in a professional manner;
• Proactively liaise and coordinate with users and stakeholders to identify business requirements and company growth needs;
• Conduct pricing and market analysis, formulate sourcing and procurement strategies to protect the best interests of the Company;
• Suppliers' management including but not limited to supplier maintenance and performance evaluation;
• Store management including but not limited to daily store operation, stocktaking and warehouse operations; and
• Other duties as directed by the Company.

Job Requirements:-

• Degree holder or above;
• At least 5 years relevant experience in sizable companies, preferably in a public-sector environment;
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good team player and ability to work under pressure;
• Knowledge or experience in SAP system preferred;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; and
• Good command of Chinese and English.
