At Bright International Education, we believe learning should inspire. We’re looking for a proactive and creative Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team at our Mong Kok head office.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, you’ll help grow our brand, create engaging digital campaigns, support our branch centres, and build positive relationships with students and parents. If you’re enthusiastic about education, social media, and connecting with people, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging digital content: Plan and support social media campaigns, produce digital content, and help grow our online community. 

• Support sales and marketing initiatives: Contribute ideas and help coordinate campaigns and activities that raise brand awareness and connect with prospective families. 

• Build strong customer relationships: Provide helpful service to students and parents, support retention, and encourage long-term loyalty.

• Work with our branch centres: Coordinate local marketing support, align activities with branch needs, and help ensure smooth execution.

• Track performance and share insights: Monitor campaign results and sales figures, prepare weekly reports, and highlight trends and opportunities.

• Share fresh ideas: Bring recommendations to the team and contribute to discussions with management.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Previous sales or marketing experience is preferred.

• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Strong initiative, self-discipline, and a positive, accountable approach to work.

• A creative, practical problem-solver who enjoys turning ideas into action. 

• Good working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Calendar and Zoom.
