Officer Procurement

We’re looking for a proactive, self-driven, and motivated professional with strong trading and sourcing expertise. In this role, you’ll execute our sourcing strategy, build and expand our global supplier network, ensure product quality, and support customers in Hong Kong and international markets while driving business growth.

Job Responsibilities 

• Identify new sourcing opportunities and contribute to business growth.
• Build long term relationships with suppliers, business partners, and internal teams.
• Represent the company in business meetings, supplier discussions, factory visits, and industry events.
• Review and optimize purchase programs based on business needs and annual demand.
• Manage the complete onboarding journey for new suppliers—from KYC documentation to approval and system registration.
• Maintain the supplier data and supplier performance tracker up to date in our internal systems.
• Support trading operations and help expand our global sourcing network.
• Travel to China for supplier and factory visits to strengthen partnerships and explore new opportunities.
• Client meetings or trips to China some weekend travel and adhoc meetings may be required as agreed by the line manager in advance

Education Qualification: Bachelor in any discipline.

Experience: 5 years of above experience in Trading and commercial operation, preferably in a client facing roles.

Additional Requirement:

• Strong command of English and Mandarin (Speaking, Reading and Writing).
• Proven experience in handling commercial and shipping documentation with a high level of accuracy and compliance.
• Knowledge in steel industry is preferred but not a must
• Permanent residence of HK are eligible

Office Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. (Monday to Friday)
