Assistant Finance Manager (Asset and Treasury)

In this position, you will:

• Oversee fixed asset lifecycle, including acquisitions, capital expenditure (CapEx) tracking, depreciation, transfers, and disposals.

• Lead periodic asset verifications across multiple locations and reconcile findings with the Fixed Asset Register (FAR).

• Perform annual impairment reviews and coordinate with internal and external auditors to resolve asset-related queries.

• Supervise daily operations related to asset and treasury management, ensuring liquidity and capital efficiency.

• Provide financial support to management through accurate reporting, ad‑hoc analyses, and strategic insights.

• Support ERP implementation and drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

• Execute special projects and ad‑hoc assignments as required by management.
  
  

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.

• Holder of professional accounting qualifications such as HKICPA, ACCA, CFA, etc.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a solid background in both commercial accounting and auditing.

• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas.

• Highly self‑motivated, able to work independently, and committed to meeting tight deadlines under pressure.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
