Assistant Manager-Core & Transport Support, Managed Service

Department: Network and Service Operation Centre 

In this position, you will:

• Provide managed services to CMHK’s customers to manage and maintain the 5G private core and transport network

•  Responsible for preparing, verifying, and deploying software upgrades/patch in the private network

•  Conduct network design, service design, implementation acceptance, commissioning, and deployment for new projects within the private network

• Analyze complaint cases and provide resolutions in collaboration with vendors and service providers

•  Provide onsite support for regular operations and maintenance during non-office hours

• Available for 24-hour on-call and onsite support is required

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Computer or Telecommunication or equivalent

• 8 years or above experience in telecom / IP network

• Experienced system knowledge with hardworking, highly responsible and good analytical ability

• Certificate Holders of CCNP is a plus

• Familiar with packet core (PS) domain is preferable

• Initiative, independent and good interpersonal skills

• Good trouble shooting ability and analytical skills

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
