Business Operations Executive (Evening-Shift), Delivery and Service

Responsibilities:

• Act as destination manager and execute Routing Management and Price Management tasks for CMI voice business

• Suppliers’ bills verification

• Analyze P&L for individual business case

• Routing analysis and reporting preparation

• Participate in AI reports/ tools, workflow and system development support and other project-based tasks

• Working Hour: Hong Kong Time 2:00PM - 11:00PM for at least 2 working weeks in a month; other working hours as HK normal working hours

• On the job training will be offered
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent

• Experience in telecommunication industry or voice routing management is an advantage

• Excel and AI tools/reports analysis experience is preferred

• Highly responsible and reliable, proactive, patient

• Strong analytical minded and business sense.

• Very sensitive to numbers and detail minded

• Good interpersonal and presentation

• Can work independently and willing to learn

• Excellent in English; good in Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred
