Product Operations Manager

Job responsibilities

• Product lifecycle operation: Participate in the entire process of "cloud network + AI computing power + artificial intelligence" product from planning, development to launch, formulate detailed operation plans, including product positioning, market analysis, user request research, ensure that the product meets market and business needs, and promote product iteration and optimization.

• Develop and execute operational strategies: Based on project goals and market trends, develop Product Operation strategies, plan promotion plans, user growth plans, and marketing strategies. Optimize operational effectiveness through data-driven methods, and improve product user engagement rate, Retention Rate, and Market Share.

• XFN Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with frontline business, pre-sales, delivery, network, operation and maintenance departments and teams within the company to efficiently promote project implementation. Responsible for communicating product requirements and function optimization suggestions with the technical development team, collaborating with the marketing activity team to develop marketing activity plans, and cooperating with the Client Server team to enhance User Experience.

• Data Monitoring and Analysis: Establish a Product Operation data monitoring system, regularly collect, organize, and analyze Product Operation data, including user behavior data, market feedback data, etc., mine the value of data, and provide data support for product optimization, operation strategy adjustment, and business decision-making.

• Customer request management: deeply understand the needs of customers for cloud network products and services, collect customer feedback, coordinate internal resources to solve customer problems in a timely manner, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and promote the creation and dissemination of customer success cases.

• Industry and competing product analysis: Pay close attention to the industry trends, technological development trends and competing product dynamics in the fields of cloud network, AI computing power and artificial intelligence, and regularly output industry analysis reports to provide reference for the company's product strategy and market strategy.
  
  

Job requirements

• Education background: Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information technology, data science or related majors.

• Work experience: More than 10 years of Product Operation experience, with experience in Cloud Service, artificial intelligence, supercomputing, high-performance computing and other related fields; Familiar with product lifecycle management, with successful Product Operation cases.

• Skill requirements: Proficient in using Data Analysis tools (such as SQL, Python, Tableau, etc.), with strong data analysis and interpretation abilities, able to discover problems from data and propose solutions.

• Possess good market insight and keen business sense, familiar with marketing and promotion strategies, and have successful experience in marketing activities.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills and XFN collaboration ability, able to effectively promote project progress in complex organizational structures.

• Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, able to quickly analyze and solve various problems encountered during the Product Operation process.

• Familiar with project management processes and methods, and those with certain project management experience are preferred.

• Personal traits: Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, able to withstand work pressure, adapt to fast-paced work environment; possess innovative consciousness and learning ability, able to quickly master new knowledge and skills, and adapt to the rapidly developing needs of the industry.
