Product Manager

Responsibilities:

1. B2B Customer Product Operations

Including proactively identifying and organizing frontline requirements; conducting market research; proposing new technology applications; managing projects to complete existing platform capabilities and product iteration evolution planning; conducting customized training.

2. B2B Customer Demand Support

Responding to B2B customer business requirements, including product configuration, resource organization, cost verification, technical solution development, and follow-up on project delivery.

3. B2B Customer Incident Response

Responding to escalated complaints and critical issues from B2B customers during usage, deeply analyzing root causes, coordinating with R&D, customer service and other teams to develop solutions and drive implementation.

4. Key Special Projects Follow-up

Project ownership responsibility, responsible for end-to-end implementation and subsequent operations, including but not limited to third-party resources, overseas MVNO projects, multi-number SIM projects, etc., covering technical solutions, implementation, and operations.

5. Platform Operations

Managing projects to complete existing platform capabilities and product iteration evolution planning; conducting customized training.

Requirements:

1. Education

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields.

2. Experience

- 3+ years of mobile service product operations experience

- Project management experience required

- Prior experience in telecom operators, communication technology companies, or cross-border internet companies preferred

3. Skills

- Understanding of platform integration and mobile core network integration technologies

- Compliance awareness

4. Work Attitude

Proactive service to frontline teams, flexible to work assignments.

5. Language & Communication

- Fluent in Chinese and English (reading and writing)

- Ability to independently review overseas business documents and communicate with international customers/teams
