西醫專科 - 診所助理 Clinic Assistant (5-day work week)

Chiron Healthcare is a clinic service provider formed to provide the best clinic platform for both our doctors as well as our patients.

Job Description:

• Assist in daily specialist clinic operation
• Assist in preparation for minor operations and clinic procedures
• Experienced with blood-taking, vaccination
• Answer patient’s enquiry and place calls to patients regarding reservation, the checkup results
• Upkeep Company's standards in administrative procedures to provide medical service and treatment as agreed
• Candidate with extensive experience will be considered as Senior Clinic Assistant

Requirements:

• HKCEE/DSE or above with 1 year clinic work experience (prior experience in O&G is highly preferred)
• Hardworking, responsible, efficient and a good team player
• Good command of English and Cantonese. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Experience in medical cards/insurance procedures will be an advantage
• Hands-on PC knowledge 
• Immediately available is highly preferred 

職責:

• 協助專科診所日常運作
• 協助醫生小型手術及治療程序
• 抽血、打針
• 處理病人預約、 查詢、 跟進檢查報告及聯絡病人 
• 提供醫療服務及相關療程
• 具有豐富經驗者將被考慮為高級診所助理 

要求:

• 香港中學會考/文憑試或以上程度，並具有 1 年診所工作經驗 (有婦產科經驗者優先考慮)
• 勤奮好學、具責任感、有效率及團體合作精神
• 良好廣東話及英文，流利普通話優先
• 具醫療卡/保險程序經驗者優先 
• 懂一般電腦操作
• 即時上班者優先
