Responsibilities:
Liaise and collaborate with business units to organize, implement, and review the business continuity plans.
Lead to coordinate BCP related activities including Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Program review, BCP drill and call tree and follow-up issues noted during the activities and maintain test documentation.
Develop and review policies and guidelines on Business Continuity Planning to incorporate changes in organizational structure and regulatory requirement in a timely manner.
Provide support / response to Management during the crisis event as needed.
Review and update operational risk framework, reporting and related policies and procedure
Prepare statutory and management reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, risk management or related field
At least 4-6 years of experience in multiple areas including business continuity / resiliency management, and/or operational risk management from the banking industry.
BCM qualification or Certification in business continuity is preferred.
Familiar with the regulatory requirements of the banking industry.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skill.
Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
