Job Duties:
Manage discipline, conduct, and performance of Data Centre Operators; provide coaching and feedback.
Ensure smooth Data Centre operations, supervise tasks, and maintain readiness for incidents.
Maintain housekeeping standards, conduct inspections, and enforce corrective actions.
Oversee reports, incident logs, SOPs, and audit records; ensure accuracy and compliance.
Act as liaison between Data Centre and NOC; support communication and change management.
Job Requirement:
F.5 or above
At least 1-2 years' experience in Data Centre operations or IT infrastructure management
Strong knowledge of Data Centre infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, power, cooling)
Familiarity with NOC tools, monitoring systems, and escalation procedures
Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and change management processes
