Project Manager (IT Compliance & Security)

Key Responsibilities

• Standards Implementation & Maintenance: Lead project management efforts to implement and maintain management systems for the iAM Smart platform, ensuring alignment with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 27701:2025 standards.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between contractors, internal operations, and support teams to streamline processes and drive collaborative success.

• Audit & Certification Support: Coordinate and work closely with all participating parties to provide comprehensive audit support, successfully obtaining and maintaining relevant ISO/IEC certifications.

• Process Design & Compliance: Plan, design, and review the adoption of operational processes and controls. Consult with teams to guarantee that daily operations strictly adhere to compliance standards.

• Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve potential conflicts among participating parties, providing strategic and effective resolutions.

• Operational Support: Undertake any additional duties and ad-hoc activities as assigned by supervisors to support system operations and services.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or related Computing subjects

• At least 8 years experience in IT with a minimum of two (2) years of robust experience in each of the following domains:

  1. Project Management

  2. Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or Privacy Compliance

  3. IT Operations

• Proven track record in a leadership capacity, with experience supervising a team

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent command of written Chinese and English.

• Fluent in spoken Cantonese and English.
  
  

Preferred & Optional Attributes (Highly Advantageous)

• Professional Certifications: Possession of recognized industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, CIPM, CIPT, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, or ITIL.

• Specialized Knowledge: Practical experience with Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) or Privacy Information Management Systems (PIMS).

• Audit Experience: Hands-on experience managing audit-related assignments and cybersecurity assessments (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001 internal/external audits, Security Risk Assessment and Audit, Privacy Impact Assessment, and Privacy Compliance Audit).

• Industry Relations: Experience collaborating directly with accredited certification bodies.
