Systems Analyst (SAP ERP & Procurement)

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in defining tender specifications, evaluating proposed solutions, drafting tender documentation, and conducting liaison work for the replacement procurement.

• Conduct proposal vetting, review, technical assessments, and comprehensive tender evaluation activities.

• Oversee project planning, management, coordination, and general contract administrative duties.

• Assist with contract administration, ensuring terms, deliverables, and milestones are strictly tracked.

• Review all project deliverables to enforce compliance with institutional quality standards and technical requirements.

• Manage vendor relationships and foster strong collaboration across internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution.

• Execute additional IT services or tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Engineering, or a related IT discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of post-qualification IT experience.

• At least 5 years serving in a Systems Analyst role.

• At least 2 years of direct experience working with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

• Solid hands-on experience in implementation, administration, or support of SAP ERP systems (hands-on experience with Sales & Distribution (SD), Plant Maintenance (PM), or Project System (PS) modules is highly preferred).

• Extensive background in system analysis and design, business process modeling, and full-lifecycle application/system implementation.

• Proven experience in IT procurement, tender drafting, and formal tendering procedures.

• Well-organized, highly analytical, open-minded, and self-motivated.

• Strong team player with effective problem-solving and communication skills.
