Job Duties:
Hard phone install, setup and fault handling to work with voice support if need.
Physical servers, server farm and virtual machines 1st tier support.
Job Requirement:
F.5 or above
At least 1 year' experience in in contact centre system development and/or support and maintenance services
Familiar with Avaya OR NICE Engage, and Oracle Siebel
