Deskside Support Engineer / IT Support (Multiple vacancies)

Job details:

• Support end user including software, hardware, LAN and network equipment at customer site

• Install and implement system upgrade

• Troubleshoot customer issues in general maintenance on computer hardware and software

• Perform duties in different locations as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in IT engineering or related subjects

• 1-year relevant working experiences in IT technical support

• Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook and network troubleshooting

• Polite and responsible

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• On-the-job training will be provided
