Job Description:

• Infrastructure Deployment – Deploy new enterprise-grade infrastructure and virtualization solutions, covering servers, storage, backup systems, and Hardware Security Module (HSM) appliances, to strengthen service delivery capabilities.

• Virtualization Management – Design, configure, and oversee enterprise hypervisor environments (e.g., H3C CAS / KVM) and container platforms that support Linux and Windows virtual machines.

• Patch & Version Management – Establish and implement standardized procedures for security patching, firmware updates, and system version upgrades across the full infrastructure stack.

• Asset & Documentation Control – Keep thorough and accurate records of the organization’s IT infrastructure inventory, network topologies, and hardware assets.

• System Monitoring – Continuously track the health, performance, and capacity usage of critical infrastructure components, including physical servers, SAN/NAS storage, backup operations, and HSM security devices.

• Optimization & Performance Tuning – Analyze application workload patterns to fine-tune compute, memory, and storage utilization, driving ongoing performance gains.

• Logistics & Procurement Coordination – Work closely with IT procurement, hardware disposal, and inventory management teams to ensure efficient logistics for equipment acquisitions and infrastructure services.

• R&D and Best Practices – Explore, test, and assess emerging technologies and industry best practices to keep the organization’s IT infrastructure at the forefront of capability and efficiency.

• Cross-Functional Synergy – Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including application developers, cybersecurity experts, and service desk staff—to deliver reliable, secure services and enable rapid incident response.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent

• At least 5 years experience in implementing and supporting enterprise-grade virtualization infrastructure, including hypervisors and container platforms, across multiple data centers

• At least 5 years experience in managing enterprise-grade server

• At least 2 years experience in System Backup Operation

• At least 1 year experience in Storage Area Network

• Solid expertise in performance tuning and optimization of popular middleware, application server, and container technologies
