Job Description:
Oversee outsourcing contractors in performing computer audits and conducting feasibility studies for the future development of the EPR system.
Design and maintain systems to streamline the setup process at polling stations for upcoming elections.
Liaise with the EPR contractor on application development and system testing activities.
Manage the end-to-end procurement of IT equipment and services.
Coordinate computer and security audit exercises in preparation for future elections.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent
At least 6 years’ experience in IT industry
At least 2 years’ experience in
Information System Study
IT Security
MySQL
SQL*PLUS/PL/SQL/PRO*C
PHP programming
Project Management and Issue Tracking System
Structured Query Language
Web Programming
Web Services
At least 3 years’ experience in IT Service/ Outsourcing Management and Software Testing Management
