Analyst Programmer (PHP, application development)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor outsourcing contractors executing computer audits and feasibility studies for future EPR development; coordinate application development and system testing with the EPR contractor.

• Develop, support, and maintain systems used to manage the setup process 

• Coordinate comprehensive computer and security audit exercises to safeguard election technology systems.

• Handle the procurement process for various IT equipment, software, and technical services.

• Carry out additional technical duties and ad-hoc task execution as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or related subjects

• At least 3 years of experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in IT Application Development and Management and SQL / MSSQL

• At least 2 years of experience in PHP & web programming 

• At least 2 years of experience conducting Information System Studies and managing IT Security & using Project Management and Issue Tracking Systems 

• Good communication skills
