IT Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst (ERP, 3-10 years experience)

Job Duties:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for the corporate system, such as ERP, HRMS..etc

• Collect, analyze, and document business needs and requirements in Business Requirement Specifications

• Execute UAT to support project roll-out, ongoing system support and enhancements

• Follow up on incidents and coordinate with IT and vendors to ensure timely resolution.

• Assist in project coordination and administrative tasks on needed basis
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder, 3 -10 years experience as a Business Analyst

• Experienced in ERP project, ERP system daily support, incident management, and testing is a plus

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in creating documentation, conducting user training, and supporting end-users

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams

• HK permanent resident is required
