Job Duties:
Support IT operations with a focus on AWE Network.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues with various brands of firewall, switches, AP.
Participate in IT operational projects, including systems upgrades, process improvements, etc.
Establish and maintain robust communication and network policies, standards, and security procedures that keep everything running smoothly and securely.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, including vendors and contractors, to drive seamless operations and project success.
Monitor system capacity and fine-tune performance to ensure optimal efficiency.
Manage and monitor security tools such as firewalls, switches and SIEM.
Assist in other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirement:
F.5 or above
At least 5-6 years' experience in network and system support
Certification in Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or an equivalent certification from another network equipment vendor.
Practical experience and comprehensive knowledge of network products from major vendors and prevalent network protocols.
Experience in system integration projects or network infrastructure support and maintenance initiatives.
