Job Duties:
Design, build, test, and maintain internal applications across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Gather functional requirements from end-users and translate them into efficient code and system designs.
Support data conversion, conduct system testing, and train end-users on new features.
Troubleshoot system bugs, apply software enhancements, and manage production issues (including occasional non-office hours on-call support).
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and internal project teams.
Requirements:
Degree/Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
A least 3-5 years practical experience in Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
A least 3-5 years with Spring Boot, MySQL, CSS, and jQuery.
Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Sharp analytical thinking, proactive collaboration, and clear stakeholder communication.
