IT Specialist / System Analyst (iOS/Android, SDLC, over $50K)

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements & Design: Gather technical and user requirements for system enhancements. Conduct feasibility studies and design initial infrastructure and application architectures.

• UI/UX Support: Collaborate on and provide support for User Interface (UI) design.

• Stakeholder & Technical Support: Liaise with various internal/external parties and provide technical support across system design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Contractor Management & Testing: Review deliverables provided by outsourcing contractors and conduct acceptance testing.

• System Integration: Assist government departments and non-government organizations in adopting and integrating enhanced functionalities.

• Quality Assurance: Review test plans, load/stress test plans, and execute testing procedures (SIT/UAT, load, stress testing).

• Ad Hoc Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Computing related subjects

• At least 4 years solid experience in system design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise IT application systems.

• Proven experience in performing System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Strong background in providing technical support services to various clients and end-users.

• Hands-on experience in Android and iOS application development.

• Solid experience in RESTful API design and implementation for seamless system integrations.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.

• Excellent written communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; highly self-motivated with a positive work attitude.

• With AI (LLM, RAG) / NFC experience will be an advantage but not a plus
