Job Duties:
Support the rollout of new and enhanced applications, including acceptance testing, program/system testing, and ongoing operational support
Monitor external contractors providing system support and enhancement services, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Conduct detailed reviews of contractor deliverables to maintain high standards of accuracy, security, and efficiency.
Job Requirement:
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 4 years' experience in IT industry
At least 2 years' experience in J2EE Development and Structured Query Language
At least 1 year' experience in IT Security, IT Service/ Outsourcing Management and vendor management
Possess experience and skills in web programming and support of IT web application systems using
Enterprise Java application and modern web framework (i.e. HTML5), virtualization, database, security,
container, etc.
