AI Transformation Lead (n8n, LLM, Multiple vacancies)

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with B/Ds to identify operational pain points and translate them into scalable GenAI and automation solutions

• Build clear project pipelines and technical roadmaps based on feasibility and value

• Architect end-to-end GenAI solutions using tools such as Work Buddy, Open WebUI, Dify, n8n, RAGFlow, and MaaS platforms

• Define standards for RAG, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and automation integrations

• Mentor engineers, oversee execution, and enforce best practices for scalable rollouts

• Ensure adherence to government standards on security, privacy, and responsible AI

• Drive adoption through training, demonstrations, documentation, and feedback loops
  

About you

• Degree in Information Technology or related subjects

• Minimum 8 years' experience in system implementation, application development, workflow automation, digital transformation, or technical consulting

• At least 2 years in a comparable leadership role

• Strong expertise in GenAI technologies, LLMs, APIs, and prompt engineering

• Hands-on experience with IT systems, digital tools, and automation platforms

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills

• Proactive learner with a passion for emerging GenAI technologies

• Ability to deliver practical solutions under tight timelines

• Holder of Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) will be a plus
