Business Analyst – AI Solutions (Kowloon Bay, Listed Company)

Job Description:

• Business analysis: Elicit and document requirements, streamline processes, and translate needs into user stories and backlog items.

• Testing & QA: Prepare test plans, coordinate UAT, validate results, and track defects.

• Release management: Maintain sprint release logs and communicate new features, fixes, and known issues.

• AI solution lifecycle: Support enhancements, incident follow-up, regression impact assessment, and operational readiness.

• Project governance: Maintain traceability across requirements, test cases, defects, and approvals.

• Stakeholder & vendor coordination: Liaise with business users, product owners, developers, and vendors to align priorities and deliverables.

• Agile delivery: Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Documentation & enablement: Create user guides, release notes, and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Certification in business analysis, project management, or Agile/Scrum (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years’ experience in business analysis, IT project delivery, or digital transformation.

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards, Jira, or equivalent tools.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English and Cantonese.

• Desirable:

• Postgraduate qualification in AI, Data Science, or Business Analytics.

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP/CCBA, Scrum Master, Product Owner, ITIL, Microsoft Azure, or AI-related credentials.

• Experience in AI projects (Generative AI, chatbots, workflow automation, enterprise platforms).

• Knowledge of AI governance, Responsible AI, data privacy, cybersecurity, or transport-related operations.

• Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, chatbot platforms, Microsoft Azure, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, or Microsoft Copilot.

• Proficiency in English and Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin.
