AI & Digital Transformation Business Analyst (Agile / Scrum)

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit and document requirements, streamline processes, and translate needs into user stories and backlog items

• Prepare test plans, coordinate UAT, validate results, and track defects

• Maintain sprint release logs and communicate new features, fixes, and known issues

• Support enhancements, incident follow-up, regression impact assessment, and operational readiness

• Maintain traceability across requirements, test cases, defects, and approvals

• Liaise with business users, product owners, developers, and vendors to align priorities and deliverables

• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

• Create user guides, release notes, and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, or related field

• Certification in business analysis, project management, or Agile/Scrum (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years' experience in business analysis, IT project delivery, or digital transformation

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards, Jira, or equivalent tools

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in spoken and written in English and Chinese
