Job Duties
Handle all IT facility support as the main contact.
Fix problems and provide user support.
Manage daily computer facility operations and administration.
Set up and configure hardware/software, and assist users with new systems.
Prepare reports (e.g., software inventory).
Support WebSAMS system (server, database, firewall, backup).
Ensure server backups work properly.
Provide general technical support for hardware/software.
Assist teachers with classroom IT needs.
Technical Requirements
Knowledge of network systems, hardware, and software.
Familiar with Windows Server, Linux, MySQL, and networking.
Understanding of TCP/IP protocols.
Experience managing and supporting web servers.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Able to set procedures for WAN/LAN operations.
