Job Duties:

• Handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries from the public, providing clear step-by-step guidance on system usage, processes, and procedures

• Delivering timely first-level troubleshooting and resolution for public users encountering issues related to system access, navigation, and functionality

• Supporting internal staff with system-related queries, troubleshooting, and access management to maintain operational efficiency

• Recording all support requests in the helpdesk ticketing system, prioritising issues based on urgency, and monitoring resolution progress to ensure timely follow-up and case closure

• Perform other IT-related duties as instructed
  

Job Requirement 

• F.5 graduated with 5 subjects passed in HKCEE / HKDSE

• At least 2-3 year' post-qualification information technology experience

• At least 1 year' experience of support in application, PC hardware, Microsoft Windows and Office.

• At least 1 year' experience of Helpdesk Call Handling.

• Have good communication skills.
