IT Helpdesk and Web Support Analyst / Systems Support Specialist (over $35K)

Job Duties:

• Assist with site preparation, office relocation, and IT facilities setup.

• Provide general PC support and IT helpdesk services.

• Support website management, including content updates.
  

Job Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above

• At least have 3 years’ experience in IT technical support

• Strong experience in PC LAN support, including configuration and maintenance of network switches and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS).

• Proven experience in site preparation.

• Solid background in supporting office automation tools and email services such as Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP).

• Skilled in helpdesk call handling.

• Hands-on experience with Web Content Management Systems (WCMS).

• At least have 1 year experience in Lotus Notes Mail support, Wireless and mobile, Wireless/mobile email solution, Virtual Lan/lan Switching

• Prior working experience with or in the Government is an advantage.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
