AI Full Stack Developer (LLM & RAG, over $40K)

Job Description:

• Design and develop small-to-medium scaled LLM, ML, RAG, and CV systems (non-analytics scripting).

• Maintain and patch both front-end and back-end components of these systems as a full-stack developer.

• Collaborate with teams to integrate AI models into existing applications.

• Implement data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure data quality.

• Develop documentation for system design and integration processes.

• Support AI model testing for seamless integration into applications.

• Optimize user experience for dashboards, workflows, and data presentation.

• Work with data engineers to design storage and retrieval systems for AI training/testing.

• Assist procurement and provide on-job training for equipment/services.

• Communicate system designs effectively to stakeholders.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies in AI and ML.

• Act as business analyst for projects when required.

• Manage vendors for outsourced development.

• Ensure project delivery meets deadlines and quality standards..
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT application development, with at least 1 year in a similar role.

• Hands-on experience with container deployment (Docker).

• Proficiency in MEAN Stack and data integration systems (e.g., message queues, data cleansing).

• Understanding of data mining, BI, and ML applications.

• Strong knowledge of system design and database design.

• Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies.

• Experience with LLM and RAG technologies.

• Hands-on experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL/Vector databases.

• Proficiency in Git workflows (minimum 3 years).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese.
