Application Support Analyst/ Technical Business Consultant (Web & Mobile, over $40K)

Job Description:

• Gather, analyse, and translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications, user stories, wireframes, and functional workflows

• Collaborate closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to design and deliver fit-for-purpose IT solutions

• Evaluate system performance to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines;

• Investigate user-reported issues, triage bugs, and formulate enhancement requests;

• Develop user guides, reports, and training materials to drive system adoption;

• Prepare and conduct briefing and training sessions on IT systems;

• Provide helpdesk support, vendor coordination, and ongoing stakeholder communication; and
  

Requirement Details:

• Bachelor degree in computer science or a related field;

• 3 years or above hands-on experience in IT application development of which 2 years must be in similar post;

• 1 year or above on experience on government-related projects is preferred;

• Knowledge on Agile methodologies (Scrum) and tools (Azure) is required;

• Solid experience in designing large-scale web and/or mobile application systems;

• Solid experience in utilizing UI design tools such as Figma and Moqups;

• Solid business analysis experience in large scale projects;

• Good writing, communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese;
