Job Description:

• Conduct requirement study and system development activities including system architecture, application design, system development, system testing, and user acceptance for the revamp of the address search function and enhancements to the Platform.

• Design and implement system enhancements to improve functionality and performance.

• Provide maintenance support for public-facing and internal API applications, as well as the Platform, covering web applications, API gateway platform, and related API applications.

• Support public and internal enquiries regarding the API applications and the Platform.

• Support operational activities for public-facing and internal API applications, as well as the Platform, including data consolidation, maintenance of the public-facing theme page, and user on-boarding support.

• Perform system design and program development of related modules to enhance service quality.

• Provide production support including troubleshooting, monitoring system stability, production rollout, and system nursing.

• Deliver outside office hours support when required, for urgent activities such as incident resolution and program deployment.

• Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
  

Requirement Details:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Computing or related subjects

• At least 3-5 years working experience in Java program, MySQL or equivalent

• At least 2 years working experience in web application development, web service, web application server and system analysis and design

• Preferably with experience in AI models, Solr, container-based technology, such as Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift, API Management Application and public cloud solution

• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English

• Good command of spoken Putonghua is preferred but not mandatory
