AI Business Analyst (Cloud infrastructure, Multiple vacancies)

Job Description:

• To assist in the design, implementation, testing, deployment and support of systems.

• To support monitoring of contractors' work progress, implementation schedule and outstanding issues.

• To liaise with B/D users, contractors and project stakeholders on implementation, use cases requirement collection, technical and operational matters.

• To conduct system testing, including integration testing and user acceptance testing.

• To assist B/Ds in deployment, user training and operational support.

• To coordinate with contractors in conducting security risk assessment and audit exercises.

• To maintain project records, issue logs, risk registers, meeting notes.

• To review contractors' deliverables and prepare management reports

• To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computing subjects

• At least 4 years or above

• Experience in system design, implementation, digital transformation or system administration

• Experience in implementing and managing applications on cloud infrastructure.

• Profound understanding with mainstream agentic AI technologies, generative AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), APIs and prompt engineering.

• Hands-on experience in implementing or supporting information technology systems or digital tools.

• Proactive attitude, strong learning ability and keen interest in emerging AI technologies.

• Ability to work closely with non-technical users and deliver practical solutions within a short time frame
