Network Design

Job Duties:
Network Operations: Maintain and troubleshoot core network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, routers, and VPNs across multiple sites and data centers.
Connectivity Management: Support high-availability Internet, Intranet, LAN, and WAN environments to ensure seamless daily operations.
User Support: Serve as a reliable escalation point for network-related issues and end-user technical support.
Documentation: Keep network diagrams, operational procedures, and asset records accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
Solid experience in trouble-shooting for systems and network problems
At least 5 years’ experience in:
CISCO IOS Software & CISCO Products
Internet Firewall Technical Support
Virtual Private Network (VPN)
At least 3 years’ experience in:
Network Design
IT Procurement
Vendor Management
