DevOps Engineer/Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (over $40K)

Key Responsibilities​:

• Platform Implementation: Assist in deploying a centralized IT platform that integrates DevOps tools to automate deployment, operation, and monitoring of IT systems.

• Infrastructure Configuration: Configure and manage network and server infrastructure across GCIS and on-premises environments.

• System Support: Perform ongoing IT support and maintenance, including script development, platform configuration, unit/integration testing, and preparation of testing plans, specifications, and guidelines.

• Additional IT Duties: Undertake other IT system-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in IT

• At least 3 years’ work experience in Infrastructure

• Strong expertise in DevOps tools, cloud infrastructure, and networking.

• Familiarity with automation processes for deployment, operation, monitoring, and logging of IT systems.

• Proven experience applying the DevOps lifecycle to IT systems using tools and scripts.

• Experience in management and support of Government systems & services

• Experience with Jenkins, Gitea, Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki is highly desirable.

• Ability to work independently with strong spoken and written communication skills.
