Job Duties:
Liaise with end-users to gather and define functional requirements for new application systems
Plan and execute system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT
Collaborate with external vendors on outsourced system development projects
Provide ongoing application support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for existing systems
Design, develop, and enhance application programs to meet business needs
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree/Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant IT experience
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Java, JavaScript and SQL
Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, iReport) or Web Services is a plus
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
