Job Description:
Contribute to the planning, assessment, management, and sign-off of new system implementations and upgrade initiatives.
Deliver production support across Linux and Microsoft Windows server environments.
Provide operational support for system monitoring platforms and password management solutions.
Coordinate with end users and external vendors on requirements gathering, deployment, and ongoing support.
Develop technical specifications and conduct evaluations for new or enhanced projects.
Carry out technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Take part in IT security assessments and audit activities.
Requirement Details:
Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent
At least 6 years’ experience in IT industry
At least 3 years’ experience in:
Project management on IT projects
Server virtualization technology
MySQL Server
Linux system administration
Microsoft Active Directory
