Systems Analyst (Wan Chai, Multiple vacancies)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outsourced ICT projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and compliance with project requirements

• Lead and participate in system analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation across various ICT projects

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and implementation plans

• Gather, analyse, and consolidate user requirements, translating business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications

• Prepare technical specifications and procurement documents for applications, hardware, software, and related ICT services

• Support the design, development, enhancement, and implementation of web-based applications and enterprise systems

• Develop and review system architecture, infrastructure design, and network security controls to ensure system reliability and information security compliance

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline

• At least 6 years experience in application development and project management

• Proven experience in system analysis, design, and implementation for large-scale system development projects

• Strong experience in vendor and contractor management within an ICT project environment

• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and preparation of functional and technical specifications

• Hands-on experience in system development and software programming

• Solid experience in web application design, development, and implementation

• Strong knowledge of Java-based application development using Spring Framework

• Proficient in JavaScript and modern web development technologies

• Good understanding of system architecture, infrastructure design, and network security principles

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
