Job Duties:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software, and other related computer services.
Provide technical support for internal users on: Desktop Software, MS Windows, O365, Office, Outlook.
Assist in development and implementation of IT guidelines and procedures.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
Responding in a timely manner to ad-hoc issues and service requests.
Job Requirement:
Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 2 years experience in IT support
Working knowledge and Experience in Microsoft O365, Active Directory, Windows, PC and Mobile fixing
Good communication in Cantonese and Putonghua
