Job Duties:
Deliver professional customer service by answering enquiries via phone, live chat, and email
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
F.5 or above
At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service industry
Good phone manner with a strong customer service mindset
Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
