Job Description:
Maintain, configure, and monitor storage, server, and network infrastructure.
Manage data center site preparation, hardware installation, and ongoing operational maintenance.
Collaborate with internal teams and contractors on IT infrastructure system implementation projects.
Evaluate and assess IT products during procurement, and participate in testing and implementing new IT products and devices.
Apply system patches, firmware updates, and digital certificates to ensure compliance with current security policies and guidelines.
Provide technical support to address users' IT needs in daily operations and events.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent
At least 3 years’ experience in IT industry
At least 1.5 years’ experience in Infrastructure, System Implementation and Maintenance/Support and Server Virtualisation Technology
At least 1 years’ experience in Network & System Management
At least 0.5 years’ experience in Storage Area Networt
