IT Support Engineer ($18K - 22K, Central)

Job Duties:

• Provide IT technical supports and handle hotline enquires to all the end users.

• Perform the daily IT operations, including but not limited to install all the necessary hardware, systems and applications software, fixes and patches.

• Help to manage all the IT equipment under the PC LAN environment.

• Provide support to the meeting and events.
  

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects

• At least 2 years experience in IT support

• Experience in Banking / Securities industry is preferred but not a mus

• Experience in supporting Windows OS, Microsoft product and Microsoft Active Directory including Account management, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, identity lifecycle management and Microsoft Exchange 2019;

• Experience in supporting mobile management (Ivanti EPMM), voice system (Cisco Unity connection and Cisco Unified Communications Manager) and Video conferencing

• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
