Key Responsibilities

• Perform system analysis, technical design, programming, system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, deployment, and ongoing application support.

• Develop enhancement items and new functionalities for existing application systems to meet business and operational requirements.

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for application systems, including occasional after-office-hours support when required.

• Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and tools to improve operational efficiency, automate business processes, enhance data analytics, and support decision-making.

• Research, evaluate, and apply emerging technologies, including AI solutions, machine learning techniques, Generative AI, and modern development frameworks to enhance web-based systems and digital services.

• Participate in the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of AI-powered applications, intelligent automation solutions, and knowledge management platforms.
  

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in application development, system implementation, and maintenance.

• Solid experience in system analysis, application design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

• Hands-on experience in web application development and system integration.

• Experience in Microsoft Active Directory administration.

• Proficiency in Python programming and modern web development technologies.

• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and effectively within a project team.

• Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly preferred:

  • AI and Machine Learning application development using Python.

  • Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-assisted development tools.

  • AI orchestration frameworks and workflow platforms such as Dify, n8n, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.

  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search technologies.

  • Integration with LLM APIs (e.g. Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).

  • Development of AI agents, chatbots, and intelligent automation solutions.

  • Docker containerisation, Git version control, and CI/CD practices.
