Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing production support for enterprise application systems.

• Implement system enhancements, including programming, testing, deployment support, and bug fixing.

• Gather and analyse user requirements.

• Liaise with business users, vendors, and technical teams to deliver system enhancements.

• Support infrastructure configuration, system setup, and environment management.

• Prepare technical documentation and testing deliverables.

• Perform troubleshooting and resolve application-related issues.

• Provide support during non-office hours when required.

• Carry out other IT-related duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Information Technology

• Minimum 3 years' post-qualification IT experience.

• Hands-on experience in Java application development.

• Solid experience in web-based application development.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and database programming.

• Experience with Linux administration and system environments.

• Experience with Web Services integration.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple technical and business teams.
