System Analyst (CorpID, Tsuen Wan, over $60K)

Job Duties:

• To engage public bodies and private organisations to drive the adoption of CorpID for their e-services and their registration of CorpID

• To review and prepare relevant procedures and guidelines in data privacy, security and best practices to ensure the compliance of the CorpID system components and processes;

• To handle general and technical enquiries related to CorpID;

• To compile presentation materials for meetings, training sessions and events;

• To support joint promotional events of CorpID; and

• To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
  

Job Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects

• At least 4 years' experience in IT industry

• Have at least 1-year of hands-on experience in supporting IT system rollouts, facilitating user onboarding, or coordinating testing and production environments;

• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to independently handle and troubleshoot both general and technical enquiries;

• Have solid experience in corporate communication, stakeholder engagement, or public relations
