Job details:
Support end user including software, hardware, LAN and network equipment at customer site
Install and implement system upgrade
Troubleshoot customer issues in general maintenance on computer hardware and software
Perform duties in different locations as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or above in IT engineering or related subjects
1-year relevant working experiences in IT technical support
Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook and network troubleshooting
Polite and responsible
Good interpersonal and communication skills
On-the-job training will be provided
