Job description:

• Conduct requirements gathering, system analysis, design, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance for IT systems and websites.

• Prepare system and project documentation, coordinate project activities, and support system implementation.

• Provide technical advisory services for both in-house and outsourced projects.

• Support the Project Manager in project management, system implementation, system administration, and maintenance of in-house projects.

• Coordinate Security Risk Assessment & Audit (SRAA) for IT systems and websites, and liaise with SRAA contractors.

• Collaborate with other support teams, contractor helpdesks, and schools to deliver support for IT systems.

• Deliver training, technical support, and guidance to IT system users and during IT activities.
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent

• At least 6 years’ experience in IT industry

• At least 3 years’ experience in IT Application Development and Management

• Solid experience in SQL, Website Administration & Web Programming

• Good communication skills
