Cloud Systems Support Engineer / Linux System Administrator (over $40K)

Job Description:

• To work with Contractor to conduct System Analysis and Design (SA&D), system implementation, performance tuning and documentation work for a new private cloud system;

• To work with Contractor to provide support for revamp existing Unix-based system to the new system

• To troubleshoot, rectify and resolve system problems when incidents occur

• To render technical support to end-users and other technical staff

• To review and apply security patches to the systems;

• To perform server support duties and capacity planning

Requirement Details:

• Higher Diploma or above in IT related subjects

• At least have 4 years’ experience in IT related post

• Have experience in installation or supporting configuration on Huawei Cloud Stack (including FusionSphere Cloud Suite, ManageOne, RDS for MySQL, OceanStor BCManager, Cloud Container Engine, FusionGuard), Sansec HSM and Kylin Linux.

• Have experience in installation or supporting on Huawei network products (including Switch, Firewall, IDPS) and Venustech Global Site Load Balancer.

• Shall have working experience in Linux system administration, including patch upgrade, health check and other relevant service components.
