Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst (J2EE, Wanchai)

Key responsibilities:

• Assist software testing for system enhancements, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and user acceptance testing

• Monitor software vendors and developers by coordinating requirements, monitoring deliverables, resolving issues, and ensuring timely completion of enhancement projects

• Assist office relocation and related setup of IT facilities for a new office

• Provide general PC support and user support on the system usage

• Ensure all system enhancements and general IT facilities comply with IT security policies and guidelines of the Government
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Experience in software testing, system enhancement, and defect tracking

• Experience in coordination and project delivery management

• Solid experience in JAVA & J2EE programming

• Experience in IT facility maintenance and management (including personal computers and network devices) is an advantage

• At least 2-year working experience with the Government

• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Good oral and written English and Chinese
